Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Orange Hinge Sites, a service run by Orange Hinge ("we", "us"). By starting a site, claiming one or paying for a plan, you agree to them. If you are using Orange Hinge Sites for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

What we provide

Orange Hinge Sites builds and hosts a website for your business and connects it to a CRM where messages from your site's contact form arrive. Before you pay we may show you a free first look at your site, built from information you give us or that is published on your current website. After you pay, our team builds and reviews your finished site, usually within 24 hours. The CRM is provided through a third-party platform that we set up and manage for you.

Your information and content

• Only enter a website, business details, photos or logos that you own or have the right to use. When you ask us to start from a website, you confirm it belongs to your business.
• You give us permission to copy, adapt and publish that content as part of your site, and to use it to run the service for you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your site, including prices, licenses and claims about your business. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful or misleading.

Plans, billing and cancelling

• Plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes may apply.
• You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and your site and CRM stay active until the end of the period you have paid for, unless you request a refund under our guarantee.
• If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may pause your site and CRM until it is.
• Some CRM features, such as phone numbers and text messaging, may need extra setup or carry extra charges. We will tell you before any of those apply.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy for any reason, email hello@orangehinge.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full and cancel your plan. After a refund your CRM access ends and messages from your site stop reaching it.

Your domain

Your domain stays yours and stays registered wherever you bought it. If you connect it to your new site, you make the changes at your domain provider using the records we give you, or with our help on a call. Only change the records we list; we are not responsible for problems caused by other changes at your provider, including to email records.

Contacting your customers

When you use the CRM to call, text or email people, you are responsible for having their permission and for following the laws that apply, such as rules on text messaging consent and commercial email.

Acceptable use

Do not use Orange Hinge Sites to publish anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing, to send spam, to impersonate another business, or to interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend accounts that do.

When a plan ends

When your plan ends, your CRM access ends and messages from your site stop reaching it. Email us if you would like your site taken down, or within 30 days if you would like a copy of its text and images.

Availability and changes

We work to keep your site online and the service working, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email.

Limits of our responsibility

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
